Thin-walled lunch box molds have high requirements for steel and processing. Due to the high requirements for the surface polishing of thin-walled lunch box products, S420 and S136 steels are the most ideal. The hardness of steel after vacuum quenching can reach HRC45-52. The cavity of the thin-walled lunch box mold will use a separate clamping device, which is conducive to controlling the concentricity of the product and plays a vital role in the daily maintenance of the thin-walled mold.
