For thin-walled cup mold steel, we use H13 or S136 as the mold core and cavity steel. The hardness of the thin-walled mold steel after heat treatment can reach HRC42-48, which can make the mold life longer. The quality of mold processing is for cup molds. We all use high-precision machine tools such as high-speed milling machines, and the dimensional tolerance should be controlled within 0.05mm.
Thin-wall injection molding requires a molding speed of 4-6S, so a very good cooling system is required. For such molding speeds, we should increase the water channel as much as possible to enhance the water circulation.
Zhenke adopts hot runner technology to avoid waste of raw materials while making the molded cup look more beautiful. With the robot, the thin-walled cup can be automatically demolded.
